Do you like burgers? How about pizza? Can't decide which to have? How about both in one meal? This recipe does sound odd, but it's good! Well worth a shot!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground meat (turkey, pork, beef, whatever you want)
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 hamburger buns
- 1 egg
Steps
- 1Put all your ground meat into a big bowl and crack in one egg.
- 2Flavor your meat if you wish. Experiment with seasoning and sauce, such as Goya seasoning or Lawry's meat seasoning, or a touch of sauce on it, like Ginger Soy Sauce or Worcestershire sauce, along with salt.
- 3Mix everything together really good.
- 4Make your burger mix into 8 patties.
- 5Cook your burgers however you like.
- 6Take out your buns and separate the top halves from the bottom halves.
- 7Use a tablespoon to dish out 3 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce on each bun bottom.
- 8Put the cooked burgers on buns. Then put three tablespoons shredded mozzarella on each burger. Put on the top buns.
- 9Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and put the burgers in, bun and all, for five minutes to melt cheese and warm sauce. Take them out.
- 10Enjoy--you just made two popular dishes in one! Bon appetite!
Tips
- If you're confident, you might want to put pizza toppings on too!
- This makes 8 1/4 pound burgers.
- Don't be afraid to make a mess while cooking or eating!
Warnings
- If you have a grease fire, do not put water on it! It'll spread the fire. Smother it with salt or baking soda, or put a lid on it if you're using a pot.
- Wash your hands before starting this dish. Germs and bacteria spread disease and spoil food.
